Arrival at Varanasi Airport. Meet with representative and transfer to hotel. Later visit Sarnath if time permits. Stay for overnight in Varanasi hotel.

Day starts right from early morning for boat ride at river Ganges followed by Varanasi city tour. Back to hotel. Noon after lunch drive to Sarnath (12 Kms) where Lord Buddha had delivered his first preach to his scholars.
Evening observing Aarti Ceremony at Dashashwamedh Ghat.

Morning after breakfast drive to Bodhgaya which is in the state of Bihar. Afternoon visit Mahabodhi Temple & Bodhi Tree, Great Buddha Statue, Niranjana River, Sujata Temple - which is across the Niranja River & its 30 minutes walking through the paddy fields. Also visit various other Buddhist Temples in Bodhgaya. Overnight stay at hotel in Bodhgaya.

Post your breakfast leave for Bodhgaya en-route visiting Rajgir & Nalanda. Patna is 2500 year old capital city of Bihar. Rajgir was capital of 6th century Magadha Empire and was revered site of Buddha's discourses. Buddha spent many years here. Nalanda is world's oldest university founded in the 5th century. Overnight stay at hotel in Patna.

Morning after breakfast, drive for Kushinagar, en-route visit Vaishali- located about 55 kms from Patna and holds special significance for Buddhist devotees. It was here that the Buddha announced the approaching of his Mahaparinirvana. Visit Ashokan Pillar - the magnificent Ashokan pillar with a lion adorning its top is a definite crowd-puller. This 18.3 m high pillar is made of a single piece of red sandstone and is a major attraction to the tourists. Arrive Kushinagar. It is the place where Buddha passed into Maha-Parinirvana. Afternoon visit the various stupas and temples. Overnight stay at hotel in Kushinagar.

Morning head to Lumbini (Nepal). While going to Lumbini, stop at India/Nepal border for Visa/Immigration formalities. 25 minutes drive from the Nepal Border. Check in at hotel. After freshen up at hotel, visit Lumbini, the Birth place of Lord Buddha. Overnight stay at hotel in Lumbini.

After leisurely breakfast head towards Sravasti, en-route visit Kapilavastu – where Lord Buddha’s childhood was spent and also visit ruins of the Palaces. Later continue drive to Sravasti. On arrival check-in at hotel. Later visit Sravasti, where Buddha spent his 24 monsoons, visit Jetvana and Ananda Bodhi Tree. Overnight stay at hotel in Sravasti.

As it will be your final day of this tour so have your breakfast peacefully. Check out from hotel and transfer to Lucknow and visit Dilkhush Palace, Bada Imambara and later check in to hotel. Overnight stay at hotel in Lucknow.
